We paid $473.54 for one night for four adults. On arrival, there were cobwebs on the entrance light switch, numerous carpet stains, and hair on the bed. We chose to sleep in our clothes because of the hair. The living-room doors did not work properly either. Cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing at this price. We only showered and slept there: no eating, cooking, laundry, or party. There were four of us, exactly as booked, and we brought no pets. We did leave after checkout, around 11:35. We had finished packing around 11:10 and asked the cleaner if we could do a final check. She said that was okay. The host then requested another $500 for late checkout, cleaning, and an alleged undisclosed pet on the bed. The pet allegation is false. The host also accused us by text of exceeding occupancy, despite our four-person reservation. We rejected the request. Between the condition of the property and the handling of this stay, I would not recommend it.

This is an exceptionally spacious house with breathtaking views from the front deck. The AC was greatly appreciated during our warm weather stay and the hot tub was nice to use in the early evening. I didn’t find the furniture very comfortable which is surprising because the beds were fantastic! Adequate cookware for preparing meals and the provided coffee was perfect.

The views and setting are beautiful with nice amenities! We especially enjoyed the hot tub. We were busy with local family so didn’t use the sauna even though it looked amazing. Would recommend blackout curtains in bedrooms as the sun woke us up very early since it’s summer with long days.
