Other things to note
•Loft access: ships-ladder style stairs—not ideal for guests with mobility limits.
•Dog-friendly: 2 house-trained pups (fee $35 per pet per night charged after booking is confirmed).
Please keep pups off furniture; bringing a dog bed helps.
•Firewood: bring a couple of bundles of dry firewood + kindling for the fireplace and firepit. (Local bundles: Darrington IGA, Arlington Grocery Outlet.)

"We loved our stay at this picture-perfect cabin! The location is incredible, and little details like the indoor fireplace added so much charm. Navigating the stairs with a baby was a minor challenge, but everything else was wonderful. Highly recommended!"

The cabin, service and communication was perfect in every way. We enjoyed the amenities and the cabin was well stocked. The only thing that took away from the experience was the foul sulfur smell from the tap which is fed by a well. We had to use bottled water for cooking, coffee/ tea and even brushing our teeth. We strongly recommend that the host make the effort to treat or filter the water to improve the quality of the water.

This is a cozy A-frame cabin with every amenity you need for a comfortable stay. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Peaceful surroundings and private access to the river. We loved hearing the sound of the river from the hot tub and bedroom. The narrow stairs to the bedrooms is manageable but I would not recommend for children or anyone with mobility issues.

Had a wonderful time staying at this cabin! Calm, quiet, peaceful, and had everything needed. Only thing I would mention to others is that the stairs to the bedroom are extremely steep so it could be difficult for those who are less physically able. I would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was gorgeous and had the perfect cozy vibes for getting away from the city and celebrating our 6-year anniversary. The river view was absolutely phenomenal, and the hot tub made the whole experience even better; it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt so thoughtful, and they had all the amenities we could possibly need, even things we had forgotten to bring like a speaker and bug spray! Our only complaint is that we wish we had more time off so we could’ve stayed longer! We definitely weren’t ready to leave. Everything was so peaceful, cozy, and perfect for our anniversary getaway. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

This cabin along the Sauk River was beautiful! It had everything you would need with amazing character! The double loft was so unique! Lovely place to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking with a great view of the river! 10/10!!
